I was asked how to make the forum behave more like WhatApp so that you get notified instantly about every new post. The numbers below correspond to the to numbers in the diagram. Here’s how to do this:
- Open https://KnysnaYachtOwners.org in your browser.
- If you don’t see a display like what’s pictured below, click on the Knysna logo
- (1) Select a category for which you want to receive instant notifications (in this case Boat Systems)
- (2) Click on the Bell icon on the right-hand side
- (3) Select 'Watching" or whatever notification level you want.
- Repeat for each category that you want to receive instant notifications
