Hello fellow Knysna sailors.
Question: I am installing a new rudder and I am looking for some input on the best way to align it. I am aware of the recalibration procedure but that only applies if the rudder clamps have not been removed. If the rams were hypothetically adjusted perfectly, the rudder alignment could still be way off if the clamps were not clamped it the right postion. Therefore my question is, how do I make sure the rudder is clocked to the clamp properly?
