Hello All - I need to replace a fresh water pump and buy a back-up. I have Jabsco Par Max HD4 but I am not on the boat at the moment. I see from photos that I have 25psi and 60psi on the boat. Can anyone tell me the configuration of their water pumps on their boat please so that I can order and bring to Greece ? Thanks for any help. Robbie

This is the pump set we have installed by KYC on BAHATI. Recently I replaced one of the two pumps with a new one.

Thanks Don. I am trying to figure what PSI the tubes are rated for on the boat. I think, for safety, I will go with the 40 psi.

On our boat (500se) all the pipework is JG Speedfit. For a hot water system it’s rated to 6 bar (87psi).

So as far as I can see and assuming that you have JG too, the pipework should not be the limiting factor.

If you do change the psi rating of the pumps you may need to adjust the pressure in the accumulator too.
